NFL Game Issued Jerseys? (Reggie Wayne)

There is this one ebay dealer of often sells "game-issued" jerseys. Here's the link to a 2007 Reggie Wayne Game Issued Jersey...

No i'm fairly certain this jersey was not issued directly to Reggie. The size is too bnig and the sleeves are not correct. Even so, the jersey does look 100% authentic and not a knock-off even though the size is off. So my question is, do you think its an authentic jersey with proper "07-54" tagging, or some kind of knock-off? But if authentic jerseys sell from $200-$250, how can this guy be selling game-issued ones (which even if too big to me is better quality then regular authentic jerseys) for only $150?

My guess would be that this guy has a way to obtain team issued jerseys (either blanks or he takes the name and numbers off of other players) and then has them attributed as popular players. It is not uncommon to find common players or blanks for less than $100 and a person to customize it for around $50. While some customizers don't get the exact fonts and measurements, I'm sure there are also some that do.

I would agree, and this guy has been discussed many times before as well.
