Possible Russell Martin Photomatch Need Help

Hey, i just got this bat and i think i found a photomatch for it but i wanted a second opinion, i took some shots of the bat and according to the mlb database the bat was used right about the time the photos are from. i wish the pictures came out better but maybe someone else can confirm it.

what do you see that leads you to believe these bats are the same?

other than them both being black, what distinguishing and unique marks do they share?
