2005 Atlanta Braves COA

I just recentely started collecting Baseball, so I have a question.

I purchased a 2005 Game worn Jersey with a COA from the team.

On the letter, it states

"This Letter Certifies that the item of sports memorabilia that accompanies this document is Authentic Game Used Memorabilia"

However, the other COA's i've seen from 2006 have the players name on the COA.

Was this the case for the 2005 jerseys, where no name was mentioned on the certificate?

That is my experience. I have a jersey from around that time. Possibly 2004...can't remember off hand but it didn't give specifics. Said pretty much what yours says. I think some teams LOA's very slighly from year to year.

The Braves just recently started using LOA's with specifics on it. For the past several years, all they had were the LOA's that you mentioned, and all they say is that it's "Game Used Merchandise".

The Cleveland Indians used to have generic no-name game used COAs, but quit issuing them as some dishonest buyers were 'mixing and matching.'
