Hello. I would like to know when the Cubs started using team LOA's, if they used them in 2008, and if you would trust buying a gamer without one. Thank you

99.9% of recent Cubs game used equipment on the market with team LOA's originates from the Cubs Convention in January. That event has yet to take place, so you likely won't find many Cubs jerseys on the market with team LOA's. With that said, there are a number of other ways legitimate Cubs game worn jerseys from 2008 might have entered the marketplace (without a team LOA).
