They look as if they haven't been very active on eBay the last few months. I would do a user profile lookup on them and call them to check the status.

Also, many sellers (myself included) often use PayPal's shipping which will provide you with a tracking number so check your PayPal receipt on the PayPal web site to see if a tracking number has been assigned.
