Hello,

There was an earlier thread regarding jersey displays and I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have limited room in a finished basement and really wanted one jersey framed and on a limited budget found exactly what I was looking for on Ebay for $100. Black 2.5 inch aluminium, plexiglass cover and it measures 30x40. The only problem is it does not have any hanger attachment and it would have to be tacked to the backing and I would rather not do this to the jersey.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how to add a hanger attachemnt. The backing board is not sturdy enough to add anything and would imagine drilling throug the top some how. It is a quaterback jersey I am trying to display so I am slo looking for a 24 inch display hanger to spread the shoulders out a bit.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You could spin a little cup hook like this into the "ceiling" of the frame and then hang the jersey on any hanger from that hook. These hooks can be purchased at any Wal-Mart or harware store.

I have also seen hangers that be be screwed in...not sure where to get them though.

Sorry, that picture is not as good as I thought. The end of the hook is a screw. Ths is something that is made to be used to hang tea cups, etc.

I have purchased a couple of these. They work well for for smaller jerseys and only $70 shipped. http://cgi.ebay.com/Jersey-Display-Case-Black-jersey-Display_W0QQitemZ230301642507QQcmdZViewItem?hash=i tem230301642507&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C 240%3A1318
