The question is,according to Kingjammy's primer on Rawlings labels it's a perfect match for labels used from 1990-91:
Below is the Van Slyke label. The wash instructions and size number is a perfect match for 1990-1991 labels. Also is the arm band "RSC" supposed to be screened on as described that year?(or sewn) Primer is attached:
