I saw this jersey on eBay and was wondering if you guys had an opinions as to it's authenticity... I know a Lampson LOA is worthless, but any idea if the jersey is authentic (game used)? Thanks.

for that kind of money you may be able to get one from steiner. grey flannel currently has an '05 rivera in their auction:

god only knows where the stuff that lampson writes letters on comes from. steiner's not perfect, but at a minimum they get their stuff from the yankees. i'm sure there are plenty of steiner rivera's around. catch one of those instead. it's worth the extra money. you'd also be able to resell it much easier than a non-steiner rivera.

i have a mariano 2002 game issued jersey from steiner. it is a size 48 with 2" extra length just like the one on ebay.

I actually own one from 2007, and it is a size 48, but no extra length... so im not sure...
