Washington, Chicago, Minnesota JO Sports more teams to come
NFL.com auctions seems to sell various teams from time to time. Lots of Chargers and Dolphins. They sold off many of the Jets throwbacks from last season.
Atlanta and Giants on team site from time to time.
Meigray.com has some Philadelphia Eagles sets from recent seasons, including the throwbacks from 07.

You can add the Indianapolis Colts to this list. I just picked up a 2008 Dante Hughes game used home jersey from their team website.

They have about 20 different player jerseys for sale and they range from $250-$1000. They also have game used footballs and a limited number of helmets available. All items come with a team COA.
