Help Identifying Glove Years

Can anyone help me identify what years the tagging on this glove would span? I was told the glove is circa 2002-2003 but I didn't know if there is a way to tell from the Rawlings tag what era it was manufactured.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I can tell you if you tell me some letters on the back of the pinkie of the glove.
