    Rookie Mastro Auction Question

    Am I reading their site correctly? If I want to bid on one of their football items, I need to pay a $75 non-refundable registration fee. Thanks for any help.

          With Mastro, as long as you are an active bidder (even if you didn't win) you get free catalogs.
