Can you explain how a bat is "game ready", and how that's different from game used or game issued?

Game ready is when a bat is ready for the games, but was probably never used. For example, jersey number on both knobs and a taped handle, but absolutely clean. That would be game ready.

Game issued is straight from the factory.

Game used is just that.

I think game ready is a fair description of this bat.
