Met jerseys

Just got a quick question and then this post can go away. Does anyone know if Met jersey's were issued like the yankee jerseys. Like for the yankees Set 1 is like April through May 10 and then so on. I have a mets jersey that is Set 3 and i was wondering if they have a date that they started to wear it. Thanks

From our experience, Mets set tagging on recent jerseys is a bit of a mess and a mystery. We have had jerseys authenticated on the last day of the season with a Set 1 tag and jerseys from the very start of the season with a set 3 or 4 tag. In our belief, they can't be dated similarly to recent Yankees jerseys.
