GreyFlannelAuctions has a Dwyane Wade jersey listed in their current auction stating that it was obtained from the Fleer auction:
http://greyflannelauctions.com/showdetail.cfm?Lot=741&From=724&To=802

The problem with this is that there was only 1 Dwyane Wade jersey that was sold in this auction, and I own it. The jersey from Fleer was photomatched all the way from Preseason up to the All Star Break. The Miami Heat do not release Wade jerseys, except for certain charity auctions and then team paper work comes with it. The Christmas jersey auction held on Nba.com is an example of one. You can see pictures of the real jersey here:

I would like to hear how GreyFlannel can explain the source of this jersey. To me, their jersey appears to have no use on it.

Also on another auction, they have a Shaquille O'neal jersey stating it was obtained from the Fleer auction. This is a black road jersey in their auction:

There was no black Road O'neal jersey there. Here is the actual photo of the Wade and O'neal jerseys at the auction location in New Jersey:

Thanks for the information. Are you saying Wade wore only one (home or road)shirt for the first half of the season?

In all of the full size photos I have seen, Wade was wearing the same jersey for the games up until the All star break. He then switched to another home white jersey.

I do not know about the road black jerseys.

Without looking myself, how can you be sure it is the same exact jersey? Just curious.

Joel,

The Fleer one matches up to a ton of photos from Getty and other places. There is a very distinctive thread sticking up on the top right of the jersey. All the loose threads on the armpit areas match up to a ton of photos.

Cool, that is amazing to match up threads, I should use a zoom more often myself.

Nice research! Is it signed? What would you sell it for?

The jersey from Fleer is not signed. I am not currently looking to sell the jersey. The point of the post was to make potential bidders aware that the Greyflannelauctions jersey is not the one that was auctioned off at Fleer as they state.
