Not sure if this helps, but I know there is a cracked one out there, cause I saw it go on ebay about 5 years ago or so.. If I hear of one, I will let you know.

I had a Rich Butler Astros jersey at one time. Don't remember where it ended up, sold it a few years ago.

sorry, I guess that would be his brother, ROB Butler that was in the Astros organization. Anyways, they both run that baseball facility.
