I know that this practice does happen, but how often does a bat from someone on a different team end up as a borrowed bat?? I was able to get a bat that I have been looking for from a prospect directly from the team, but it is not HIS model bat. It has his jeresy # on both ends. It was cracked in a playoff game that I attended so I know it is 100% legit and was handed the bat by someone in that front office.
