Neck tags on Pro jerseys?

I'd like to find this out once and for all. During the 80's or 90's, did neck tags appear on any Rawlings or Russell pro jerseys? (I'm aware that minor league jerseys had neck tags). Particularly, I'm interested in early-mid 90's Russell jerseys.

This lot in Mastro's current auction shows 2 early 90's White Sox Russell jerseys with neck tags. Has anyone ever seen a legit Russell gamer from this time period with neck tags?
