I am quite new a jersey collector, trying to start my collection off on the right foot. Is this item legit? I have asked the seller if a COA comes with the jersey, they have not responed yet. Is the 08 tagging something the phillies do or do all teams do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The jersey looks fine but why would you want to start off your collection with a jersey that hasn't ever been worn? If you're a Phillies fan and are looking for a Phillies GU jersey, you'll find plenty of affordable, worn jerseys in the marketplace. -

There are 2 reason that sparked my interest one is that he is a Clemson alum as am I and two I love the Phils. True, I would rather have a game worn opposed to game issue.Comment

If you are a Benson fan, I can give you a good deal on a Game Issued road jersey from his time in Baltimore from 2007 (he missed the entire year due to injuries that season too).
