Andrew Lang was preceded by two cheerleaders wearing red and white "Andrew" uniforms.
Andrew Lang sang the Temptations' My Girl but was not good enough to win over Simon. After singing another song, he lost the votes of the other three and was turned down.
Andrew took the rejection in stride, but his cheerleaders started crying because he didn't make it through to Hollywood.

The cheerleader uniforms must be the home and road versions. They exhibit light use. The bigger gal's uni has much more puckering to it. Wait, that's not a girl....it looks like Mo Vaughn...
