Braves jersey ID, which player

Anyone know if this 1994 Braves jersey is Atlanta or Richmond? and who might have worn it? The name at some point was removed:

I'd say Richmond.

The way "BRAVES" is slanted is correct for how the logo used to be, but there's the missing "125th ANNIVERSARY" patch, plus I haven't really seen any Braves jerseys before with the nameplate removed and come from the majors, so this is most-likely from the minors. Also, Baseball Almanac shows that no player on the Braves wore 75 in 1994.

I say Richmond as well.

For some reason, I seem to recall that pitcher Derrin Ebert wore 75, but I could be wrong.
