I'm pretty confident this is an Evansville (IN) minor league jersey. See the example currently posted on Ebay from the Detroit Tigers era, the logos are identical.

If I had more money I'd bid on that Roger Mason jersey. A former tiger and current Traverse City Beachbum Coach.
If I keep looking I'll find a cheap tiger player major or minor league jeresy sometime I hope.:)
