I have a LS T141 Game Used Bat where the player name says SINGY, which I assume is a nickname. The team is the Toronto Blue Jays. Any help is appreciated!!

Justin Singleton? Justin Singleton and Tom Singer were both Blue Jay farmhands at the same time.
What year do you think the bat is from?
