Need Help Identifying this Redskins Jersey

I picked up this Redskins jersey as part of a trade. Based on some research and lack of nameplate evidence, my best guess is that it is a practice worn jersey that may have belonged to Shawn Barber. The jersey is completely hammered with use. It still has the tag on it from the Redskins sale a few years ago. Can anybody confirm this or offer other information/insight? Thanks!

My guess real quick is late 1990's and I believe is a practice jersey. I will do some more work.
