    auction house

i can't find the thread regarding the best place to consign to. i have had it with ebay and all the nickel and diming idiots out there sending their insulting and waste of time offers.
perhaps consigning will be a better or rather different experience. ideas and opinions are appreciated.

For high end stuff, you'll never find better that Robert Edward Auctions. For other stuff, I've always found Hunt Auctions to be great.

thanks ken. i was leaning towards hunts since they sold a similar bat for good money. i can try edwards as well.
is the consignment process painless? being that it would be my first, i want to be forewarned as to what to expect.

I guess were talking about your DiMaggio index. I would go with hunts if your looking to move it soon because if you want it in Robert Edwards you will have to wait till after there upcoming one which wont be till April of 2010 i believe. They have thought about going to two auctions a year but i dont know if thats true or not.
