Let me add, I know he isn't claiming it is game used and pro cut but there are a few things about that thing that are just weird.

Its the photo. I own that exact jersey in a bigger size. It's part of Wilson's ProLine, a series of shirts around 1993-1995 made up by Wilson just like they did for the teams with correct numbers (and no name on back. That you had to pay extra for) Then they tag them in the lower hem with that "pseudo LOA" and they came with a large football card attached if I remember correctly.

In theory, this would be the only way to get an authentic model jersey. The applique was a fortune and when they switched to Tackle Twill, everyone and their sister could buy a blank authentic (I know I did for $10 at Gerry Cosby's in Westbury NY) and for less than $60 get an authentic model jersey of any player they wanted.

When Reebok took over and started making only certain players availabe and only done by Reebok, they screwed the whole thing up. They claimed the Players Association wasn't getting their dues for every players jersey produced so they stopped making blanks available and claimed to sue anyone who made up a blank with a player not on their list.

The worst case scenario would be the friends and family of some kid who was good enough to play in the NFL but not a superstar and they can't get his jerseys made up. Ditto any fan who likes a good but not great player.

That would be another reason I collect game worns
