The Raiders wore Nike from 1996-2000. By the way the jersey looks it could possibly be issued because of the Made in Berlin tag.

I can't tell, is there spandex on the sleeves?

Thanks for the info. It has a little spandex at the bottom where its tapered off, but none on the sleeves.
