Tiger Jersey Patch Help Needed

I just bought this Tiger Jersey and a patch on the sleeve missing. (I Knew that when I bought it.) I was wondering if anbody could tell me which patch or patches would be the right one to put on this jersey?

Is the MLB logo missing from the back of the neck as well? I know that the Tigers worse jerseys missing the MLB logo and the Commerica patch during spring training in 2000.

In any event, here is a patch from a 2000 road jersey. They wore the same patch on home and road jerseys.
