i am looking to buy an old medalist brand jersey without size tagging. i asked the seller to measure it pit to pit and the measurement is 22.25 inches.
now according to the jerseys i have, i will guess size 40 or 42. i have an old rawlings from 79 size 44 and it measures 24 inches pit to pit.
does that measurement correspond with size 40 or 42, or is it smaller? your thoughts please. thanks.
