I have a Santiago and Tony Fernandez I'd be willing to sell for around those prices, but they're both from the early 2000's. Are you interested?

I have a Madlock 77-79 LS and a Raines bat. I really am not planning on selling them, but I guess the right offer could twist my arm.

JT Bats (search Google) has a Van Slyke Cardinals-era bat for $235 or so.

I'd be interested in the Fernandez if it is a Jays bat... Drop me an email if it is: grindcrank@gmail.com.

Vintagedeputy: Is that Madlock the one you posted with the incorrect barrel stamping?

Bigtruck260: thanks for the heads-up on the JT Van Slyke. I looked at that one already- not for me... I've seen a few of his floating around the last few months so I'm being a bit picky on his...

                Bump.

Knocked another good chunk off my list. Anyone else who can match or come close to the prices I'm looking to pay for the below bats?

Mostly looking for uncracked, but cracked and not repaired (unless really, really well repaired) is fine also.

Re: Bats Wanted: 80's semistar players

I know it is an old post, but I have a Tony Fernandez Yankees bat that I am looking to sell. It has a slight separation at the end of the bat from a few spots of deadwood that can be repaired very easily.

It is a black signature model LS used with the Yankees...

E-mail me at sjnyr@aol.com if interested...

Thanks for the offer Scott, but I've snagged 2 Fernandez bats over time.

Still looking for a few off that list though...

I actually just saw this question for the first time when the thread got bumped.

Yes, its the same bat. The brander misbranded the model number but everything else checks out. Mad Dog examined it in 1998? or thereabouts and positively identified it as one of his before he auto'd it. Its a monster of a bat from a 4x batting champ.
