Shaq Game used jersey: fake?

I saw this on ebay:

I would say it is fake as it has exact the same labels as the pro-cut jerseys you see a lot (Made In El Salvador??)

not a big surprise,i figured they would take it off of there because the seller said no paypal,and ebay only does paypal now.:)
