I love it....

The guy has one good year and someone is calling him a future HOF'er.....

I realize they are trying to sell his GU Fielding Glove and hype it up.

Plus they only want 5K for it...

Or if you're in a hurry? Use the BIN for 6K...

What a bargain.....

It would sad and funny at the same time if Longoria sucks it up this year.

Ever hear of the Sophomore jinx????

Quite a few people have spent some big bucks for his items.

Being a Devil Rays collector I would love to have the glove, but too rich for me!!!

Well i guess he should just retire now then. Like you said it would be kinda funny if he had a really bad year or something.

This kinda goes along with Dustin Pedroia. I know this is coming from a yankee fan but i dont see Pedroia being a player like in 2008 his whole career. I think he is going to go down hill in acouple of years.

In 1980, Joe Charboneau was a sure fire HOF'er too.

In 1980, Joe Charboneau was a sure fire HOF'er too.

Fred Lynn too. In 1975 he was the greatest player in baseball. Today its Stephen Strasburg the pitcher for San Diego State.

It is a marathon and a few great years make you an All Star and gets your trophy case filled up with hardware but not a Hall Of Fame career does it make.
