    OT: Player Contract

I have a photocopy of an current MLB players contract. The contract itself is
expired. Are their any legal ramifications of selling this photocopied contract?
Its not unusual to see copies of player's contracts sold on Ebay but then again anything goes on Ebay so I want to be sure. Than again I see TOPPS
selling contracts all the time so.
    Any help would be appreciated
    Thanks

If the contract has expired you should be ok.

However, I can't really see any value in a photocopy. An original sure, like the ones Topps sells with actual signatures on them but one can make an infinite amount of photocopies.
Always looking for Seattle Mariners & anything of Felix Hernandez, Jay Buhner, Richie Sexson and Arthur Rhodes.

Thanks. I guess if I photocopy onto red paper, I can re-sell it without it
spreading like a virus?? My copy is a photocopy as well so I'm sure there's
        tons of them out there.
