The jersey looks to be real...for one of the Cardinals' MINOR LEAGUE clubs. The low-level farm teams of the Cardinals used jerseys like this for a number of years in the 1980s and '90s. Screened on logos and numbers plus lack of NOB equals a class A or rookie league wearable.
