Just A short story my wife got her jersey signed

Just thought a would share this cool little story, My wife and I went to the Angels Vs Padres last night. My wife has a Chone Figgins game used jersey that she wanted signed. My wife made a sign and waited by the dugout holding her sign while Figgins was stretching, after he was done, he walked toward the dugout, (My wife thought she wasn't going to get it signed).

Figgins went over to a security guard and the Security Guard came over to my wife and ask for the jersey and took it in the dugout. Chone Figgins did see her sign (we were not sure if he did or not). Chone Figgins signed my wife's jersey on 4/04/09 right before Angels & Padres game. That really made her night.

While at the game, they had some game used jerseys they were selling. I picked up the Kendry Morales jersey and my wife wanted the Casey Kotchman game used jersey. Here's a couple of photo's.

Cool story, nice of Figgins to do that for you guys. I can understand players wanting to avoid all the autograph seekers that are out there everyday, but nice he did this with a special item. What exactly did her sign say?
Looking for: Joey Votto game used items.

      Cudos to Figgins.

That's the way it should be with these athletes. Class guy, class move. Didn't want to draw a crowd, had security run down the item.....great story. Congrats.
