I'm not overly concerned as I purchased a jersey similar to this to wear (as the price was extremely low), however, it was sold to me as a game worn spring training jersey.
Have the Yankees worn this style of Wilson jerseys in recent years? I've only seen Majestics out there. Besides what's shows, the only other observable characteristic is a # penned in blue sharpie on the neck tag (it has a #13 on there and my jersey has a #7 on the back).
It is possible it really is a gamer? Maybe worn by a minor leaguer?
