Hope no one here bought this bat. If so i would start to work on getting a refund because the bats a fake.

Funny that he says he has 35 watchers and 12 questions--the counter on the page is only at 23 views...

If you can make a good case that the bat is a fraud, why not shoot an email to ebay?

The fake Wagner bat has been around for a few years. Here is a thread from a few years ago that discusses that bat and others.

The pics showed a pretty sophisticated display setup for somebody who is basically claiming ignorance about a Honus Wagner bat.

Is this seller a member here? Anyone dealt with him or recognize the collection?

If you look at the thread BoneRubbed is talking about it talks about how the side written is not even close to being real and to be the Wagner stamp is way off. Did you buy it?

No I didn't buy it.

I was just curious, as the seller is selling this as a retail bat.

I didn't know retail bats were also sidewritten.

So that's why I was confused at what makes this a bad bat.
