    Need help with Vlad bat

I found a new Vladi GU bat from a solid source but after i received pics I noticed that top of the barrel had some kind of scribble on it. Do you guys think the bat used by someone other then vlad? Or could he have done this? Pics attached, Vlad is the second bat (x-bat). Let me know your thoughts.
    Thanks

I'd be a bit more concerned with the lack of his number on the knob. I haven't seen any of his bats without "27" on the knob.

I agree with rob, his bats almost always have his number 27 using the stickers or in silver pen. There's also not a whole lot of tar on it either.

What I've seen with older model X-bats is that a lot of the numbers written on the end of the knob tend to rub off easily with silver pen, usually they are faded or completly gone, I think that's why they went with the stickered numbers. Usually the weight of the bat is written on the top of the bat, not sure why it's scribbled.
