Heritage has this jersey that ends soon. I was wondering what your thoughts on it are. It is a 1989 set 2 with 2" extra lenght. I know I have seen this tagging before but I can't remember if this was one of those promo jersey's similiar to the away scoreboard jersey's that were 1989 set 1 Tapered.

Thanks for any input

the famous Bo Jackson jersey's continue to pop up. This one from Heritage with a Louey Lampson LOA.

Here is a home version one would assume that the 2 inch extra length would be on the home jersey as well.

And another

I have seen so many Bo jersey's lately. I think BO KNOWS something we don;t.

Those two are the notorious Scoreboard white jersey's, the one in the current auction I'm asking about is the blue jersey. I don't know if the blue jersey's were used for some promo also???

the scoreboard bo jackson jerseys were home white, set 2, and didn't come with an "extra length" tag. they didn't come with "T" tags.

(of course, given that everyone knows about the scoreboard bo jackson shirts, i imagine a few were altered with "set 1" tags and maybe "T" tags in order to appear as if they weren't scoreboard shirts. personally, i'd stay away from any 1989 home bo jackson shirts short of photomatched ones).

re: the HA jersey
it looks very, very crisp. how light does the use have to be for lou to deem something "game issued"?

rudy.
