Matsui game used bats?

Does anyone have much knowledge about Hideki Matsui game used bats? From what I have seen the bottom of the handle has the letter "A" stamped above the NY 55 & the letter "M" stamped below. There is one currently being sold on ebay with just the NY 55 listed as "game issued". Could this just be some type of store model bat or something used for signatures?

thoe ones that i have seen have m 55. i came in contact with a very rare matsui black mizuno that had m55 on the knob and his name on the bat was in japan writing have not seen another one to this day
