My mystery Pirates bat

Any Guesses on the player name? Its a B267 Cupped 12 written in the cup. 12 crossed out on bottom with 28 over it. I thought Mike Williams Then Eddie Williams then neither. It could just remain one of those "mystery" bats used by different players. Its the only missing piece in the bat. Any Carnac the Magnificent bat readers out there? Thanks ahead..

Spanky's signature model bat, corresponding with his Number 12 from 1991 to 1993 with the Bucs. # 28 would be either Carmelo Martinez of Jeff Bannister (1991) or Al Martin (1992-93).
