Hello,
I would have posted this in the autograph forum but since I need immediate help I decided to post here since there are many more of you here and many of you collect autographed items as well.
Does anyone know what the method that Upper Deck and other companies use to add text/log onto baseballs? I know some companies laser engrave
but I prefer the "stamping" method since it doesn't burn the leather.
I have added a picture of an example of this.
If anyone can tell me the name of this process and if I can do this myself
without any heavy machinery, or where, I would appreciate it.
I'm in New York City.
