AMERICANMEMORABILIA.COM

I went on there this morning to see the completed auction results.

THEIR SITE IS DOWN!

Could this be the end!?

What does this say for the Auction House Industry?

What will this do to other Auction Houses?

Where will all of the garbage consigned to AMI be consigned now?

What does this mean for Lou?

How will this affect the people who won items on this auction?

Is this a positive/negative thing for the Game Used Industry?

Will they try and open up under a new name to ditch the critics comments?

Or, all wishful thinking aside, it this just temporary?

As a web developer, it looks as though someone deleted their index.html or equivalent, the supporting pages still come up such as http://www.americanmemorabilia.com/Auction_Item.asp?Auction_ID=24628

I can get on the site via my bookmarked link which shows all past Rams jerseys auctioned. If I try to click on the homepage though I get an error message so it does appear there is some kind of problem.

This sure is nice. I guess they want to answer all the negative publicity being generated about them. Make sure to quickly pay a few select consignors so they generate nice letters to post. Assuming this is not all just made up to begin with.
