I have never seen a Great One gamer sized 48-R. I want to say he is a 54 or 56. I would say it was a signed authentic Custon Gretzky jersey but in no way worn by him.

From what i can see in the blury pix, Gretz didn't wear a size 48 in NY, IF it was a gamer it would be going for WAAAAAAAAAAAAY over $200 and the LOA is probably referring to the autograph.

Size is wrong, tagging on the rear hem is off, Tagging in the collar is from a store bought authentic.
