Victor Martinez Helmet?

I have seen that type of COA from the Indians before. The price sticker on the underside of the bill looks like the stickers I see in the Indians Team Shop and the the team does sell game-used items in the team shops. I have not seen helmets like that sold in the team shops that were not game used. I would be curious what word was scratched out before "helmet" on the sticker, but I don't see anything that would rule out the helmet being what it is described as based on what I have seen before in the team shops and Jacobs Field "garage sales".
