Need help with this Rick Aguilera bat... Is it real?

    Hi Guys!

What do you think about this bat? I asked Zane Burns if it had anything burned into the knob and he said no. Is this a promotional bat and not player issued for the 1991 ALCS? What are your thoughts? I thought it should have atleast a model number burned into it - am I wrong?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Taylor

    Taylor,

I had 3 Aggie Adirondack gamers all model 113Bs. Two are playoff bats from 86 and are 34" inches. TNTtoys has my 86 two tone Aggie gamer which is a 113B and 34" too. (he can verify).

The absence of a model number, the way the knob is bevelled, the font type on the barrel, and the bat length of 33" leads me to believe the bat is not a game bat but a trophy bat.
