Manny Ramirez photo matched Sam Bat?

I recently picked up a Manny Ramirez 2006 Sam Bat and I think I have a photo match. What do you guys think?

If you look at the taped handle it matches up perfectly with a photo taken on 4-9-06. Red Sox vs Orioles at Camden yards.

Also, I checked Getty images and there is a photo of Manny swinging a Sam Bat on 4-9-06
