V-Mart GU WBC jersey (Grey Flannel auction)?

Someone showed me this auction today, and I know for a 100% fact that it is NOT game used...but it has all the correct badging of being game issued...sponsor patches, game tags, etc...but Victor doesn't wear a 46...there is also no MLB holo...I own a GU V-Mart WBC jersey (size 50), and I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this...and also do you think the price is so low because people know it's not game used, or is Victor's stuff really only worth a couple hundred bucks?

How do you know the auctioned jersey on grey flannel wasn't game used? Also, I believe Victors stuff is worth around what this jersey sold for, not much more.

I believe there is an old thread that talks about WBC jerseys and team Venezuela specifically. If I recall, a reputable dealer was able to purchase a number of jerseys from a team source. There was some question about sizing pertaining to some players (I believe that V-Mart was one of them).

On a related/unrelated note, there were a couple of stories before the WBC this year about certain Venezuelan players threatening to boycott the 2009 WBC because the team was very disorganized in 2006 (I want to say one issue was getting jerseys last minute because sponsorship patches were still being stitched on the uni's).

I'm sure some more experienced collectors can chime in...
