Is the Alex Gordon is a rookie bat, it looks like it was used in his second year. Alex's rookie year was 2007 and he wore #7 that year. This bat is marked with a #4 that he switched to in 2008 after Angel Berroa fell off the 40man roster. Though the bat may have been leftover from 2007, as I believe most of his 2008 ordered bats had a signature rather than block letters.

Nice bat either way.
