Need Expert Help on this Sterling Sharpe gamer

I am looking at buying a 1994 Sterling Sharpe game used jersey, it comes with a letter from Jim Yackel of Jim's Jerseys, I think he is a pretty decent seller? It is a size 44 has the size 44 tag on the coller. Here are a few pics of it, would just like some opinions on it. It is my first game used jersey I am looking at buying. Thank You.

Initial look seems OK...but that doesn't include hands-on examination nor photo-matching. Jim Yackel is as good as they come...if there is a problem, he'll make sure you're happy.
