The only time a helmet of this style could have been worn would have been 11/22/01 as the US flag was applied to NFL helmets after 9/11 and this is the only date that the Broncos have worn the Thowback-type uniforms since. Flag size/style and placement relative to uniform #s, however is inconsistent with authentic game-used helmet (see http://editorial.gettyimages.com/source/search/details_pop.aspx?iid=624907&cdi=0)

I know this thread is like 3 years old. I was wanting to know if this is the helmet mentioned in this thread. I got it off ebay(anyone from here?) about 3 years ago for the price of a replica. I got it just for display not for being a gamer.NO NFL sticker or numbers. Any info is appreciated...Thanks
